<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f3eb5a6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f3eb5a6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La Llei 5\/2014, de 4 d'abril, de Seguretat Privada, en el seu article 48, regula les funcions del detectiu privat: els serveis d'investigaci\u00f3 privada, a c\u00e0rrec de detectius privats, consistiran en la realitzaci\u00f3 de les indagacions que resultin necess\u00e0ries per a l'obtenci\u00f3 i aportaci\u00f3, per compte de tercers legitimats, d'informaci\u00f3 i proves sobre conductes o fets privats relacionats amb els aspectes seg\u00fcents:<\/p><p><strong style=\"color: #bf560c;\">A.<\/strong> Els relatius a l'\u00e0mbit econ\u00f2mic, laboral, mercantil, financer i, en general, a la vida personal, familiar o social, exceptuada la que es desenvolupi als domicilis o llocs reservats.<br \/><br \/><strong style=\"color: #bf560c;\">B.<\/strong> L'obtenci\u00f3 d'informaci\u00f3 tendent a garantir el desenvolupament normal de les activitats que tinguin lloc en fires, hotels, exposicions, espectacles, cert\u00e0mens, convencions, grans superf\u00edcies comercials, locals p\u00fablics de gran concurr\u00e8ncia o \u00e0mbits an\u00e0legs.<br \/><br \/><strong style=\"color: #bf560c;\">C.<\/strong> La realitzaci\u00f3 d'indagacions i l'obtenci\u00f3 d'informaci\u00f3 i proves relatives a delictes nom\u00e9s perseguibles a inst\u00e0ncia de part per enc\u00e0rrec dels subjectes legitimats en el proc\u00e9s penal.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t        <div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element Llei d'Enjudiciament Civil en el seu article 265, Llei 1\/2000, de 7 de gener, confereix una gran import\u00e0ncia a les proves i informes emesos pels detectius privats.
